About budget
The budget question puts everyone on guard, because the assumption is that the quote will rise to meet it. The real reason we ask is different: the same problem has very different solutions at different budgets, and if we do not know the range, we risk proposing something three times over what you had in mind and wasting both our time.

How quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day at most, usually sooner. If you write on Friday evening, the answer comes on Monday. We do not send automatic replies telling you your message is important to us.
What happens after I send it?
We read it, and if the question is clear we answer directly by email. If a conversation is needed, we propose two or three time slots. You do not end up in an automated sales sequence.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. The best projects have started with a description of the problem, not of the solution. Tell us what is not working or what you would like to happen, and we work out the how together.
What do you do with my data?
It comes straight to us and stays with us. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. We do not pass it on, we do not add you to any list, and you do not get a newsletter because you wrote to us once.
Do you work with clients outside Romania?
Yes. Most of our work is for Romanian companies, but the work itself travels: a slow site, a broken integration or an application nobody maintains looks the same anywhere. Time zone matters more than language, so tell us where you are.
