SEO strategy: which pages should exist and what goes on them

Keywords from real search data in Romania, a content map against competitors, the structure of every page and the building of authority. The technical side is covered separately, under maintenance.

Boundary

What this page covers and what it does not

SEO splits into two halves that are permanently confused, and the confusion costs money because one gets paid for twice and the other never.

Here, on this page: what people search for, which terms are worth competing on, which pages you are missing, what is written on each, how they link together and how you earn the authority to be believed.

Under the Google Optimization module: whether Google can reach every address, whether it gets indexed, whether canonical addresses are correct, whether structured data is valid, whether speed is penalising you. In other words, the foundation.

The correct order is foundation first. Excellent content on a site that does not get indexed is wasted work. We keep them apart deliberately, including as separate pages, so each answers a single question.

The foundation

SEO in Romanian, not translated strategy

How people search here

The same intent is written in at least four ways: with diacritics, without, singular, plural, plus the variant using the English term half the market uses. A plan built on volumes translated from English misses exactly the forms that bring traffic.

We work on data from the Romanian market: what is actually searched, at what volume, against what real competition and, most importantly, with what intent. Somebody typing "how much does it cost" is at a different distance from buying than somebody typing "how is it done".

One intent, one page

The most frequent mistake we find is not a lack of content, but too many pages saying the same thing. Three articles on the same topic do not add up, they split the authority between them and often none of them ranks.

We map each group of searches to a single owning page, and the rest reinforce it through internal links. Where duplication already exists, we resolve it by merging and redirecting, not by adding a fourth article.

The plan

What the work looks like, concretely

The components of the content strategy
ComponentWhat it containsWhat it is for
Search researchReal terms with volume, competition and intent, grouped by topicThe basis of every decision. Without it, writing is done on intuition
Competitor analysisWhat they rank for and you do not, which pages they have and you lackIt shows the concrete gaps, in the order worth covering them
The content mapEvery topic mapped to a single page, with what exists and what is missingIt removes duplication and produces a clear work list
The structure of each pageHeadings, sections, questions to cover, indicative lengthYou can write it or we can write it, on the same outline
Titles and descriptionsWritten for click through rate, not only for the keywordThird position with a good title beats second position with a weak one
The internal linking planWhat points where and with what anchor textIt carries authority towards the pages that make money
Building authorityWhere it is worth appearing, with what content, who it would helpThe only external factor that genuinely matters on competitive terms
Publishing calendarWhat gets published, in what order, at what rhythmConsistency beats volume. Ten articles in a month and then silence does not work
The content

What makes a page rank and convince

Trust signals

For fields where a wrong answer has real consequences, such as health, law or finance, Google evaluates who is making the claim and on what basis. An author with real credentials, verifiable contact details, transparency about who you are, correctly cited sources, genuine update dates.

These are not tricks. Either you have them and do not communicate them, or you genuinely lack them. We identify which is which and tell you.

Read by AI assistants

A growing share of searches ends in a generated answer rather than a click. Those systems read document structure and the clarity of statements, then cite the sources they can verify.

In practice that means explicit, self contained answers to real questions, a correct heading hierarchy, and the important information in text rather than locked in images. The same things that help classic search, only they now matter more.

Written for somebody with no time

The answer near the top, not after eight paragraphs of introduction. A structure that allows quick scanning. Text forcing a full read for a simple piece of information loses both the reader and the position.

Updating what already exists

Almost always, the most profitable thing is not a new article but improving one that already receives impressions without clicks, or one sitting in eleventh place. We start there, because results come in weeks rather than months.

What you get every month

  • Positions on tracked terms, with the movement against last month
  • Impressions, clicks and click through rate, by page and by query
  • Pages receiving impressions without clicks, with rewritten titles and descriptions
  • What was published or updated and what effect it had
  • Content gaps against competitors, ordered by real potential
  • Next month's plan, with the reason for each priority
  • An explanation when an algorithm update moves traffic, not just a graph
Honesty

Sometimes the right conclusion is that the term you want is dominated by three sites with authority built over ten years, and that your budget produces more on twenty more specific searches that convert better. We tell you that, even if it is not what you want to hear and even if it means a smaller project.

Frequently asked questions

How does this differ from the technical SEO under maintenance?

There we solve whether Google can access, understand and trust your pages: indexing, canonical addresses, structured data, speed. Here we decide which pages should exist and what is written on them. They are two halves of the same problem, and neither works alone. A technical foundation without content has nothing to rank, and content on a broken foundation never gets seen.

Do you guarantee first position?

No, and anyone who guarantees it is selling you something they do not control. Position depends on competition, on authority built over years and on content quality. What we guarantee is a strategy built on real search data from Romania, consistent execution and honest reporting, including when the numbers do not look good.

How long does it take?

First movements on low competition terms show in two to three months. Competitive terms mean six to twelve months of steady work. SEO is the only channel where today's investment pays off in a year, which is both the advantage and the reason most people give up too early.

Do you write the articles?

The strategy, the content plan, the structure of each article, the titles and the descriptions are part of the work. The writing itself at volume is quoted separately, because it is recurring work. Many clients write it themselves on our structure, with very good results, because nobody knows the field better than they do.

What about AI generated text?

It is not forbidden by Google, but content generated without real contribution and published at volume is exactly what Google has been trying to filter out for years. We use it as a skeleton and an accelerator, never as the finished product. What you publish has to contain something that could not have been generated: your experience, your numbers, your cases.

We look at what you have, at what your market searches for and at what competitors are doing, then tell you where it is worth starting. With numbers, not promises.
