What we collect and on what basis
Contact form
When you write through the form we collect your name, email address, your website address if you fill it in, the message, the IP address you sent from and the page you started from. We keep the IP only to stop automated submissions.
Basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps at your request before entering a contract. Retention: 3 ani from the last exchange.
The site check tool
When you check a site we store the address checked, the results, the IP address you started from and the language. We store your email only if you give it to us, to send you the report. We do not use it for a newsletter and we do not share it.
Basis: Article 6(1)(b) to send the report you asked for and 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in limiting abuse. Retention: 12 luni.
Server logs
The server automatically records the IP address, browser type, requested page and time. Without this we cannot stop attacks or debug errors.
Basis: Article 6(1)(f), the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working. Retention: 6 luni.
Visit statistics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. The script does not load at all until you press “Accept” in the cookie banner, and if you decline it never loads.
Basis: Article 6(1)(a), your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Who else has access
We do not sell or rent personal data. Only the providers we need to keep the site running can see it.
- The hosting provider, on whose server the site runs
- Cloudflare, which filters traffic and delivers the site faster
- Google, for visit statistics, if you accepted
- The email provider, for the messages you send us
Some of them process data outside the European Union. The transfer relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses or on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

- Restriction of processing
- A copy in a portable format
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdrawal of consent, without affecting what was lawful before

What we do not do
We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you and we do not profile. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
